Shipping

• We ship UPS (ground). Our shipping charges include materials, labor and the courier cost.
• Drop Shipments – if you request a courier other than UPS, or a delivery process other than ground, those additional charges, plus a fee of $10.00, will be charged to your invoice.
• Residential Shipment will incur an additional fee plus insurance. Failure to advise us could result in a financial loss to you because UPS will leave this type of delivery outside your door, making it subject to theft. To prevent loss of your shipment, you can request either:
  • the package be left at a commercial location where someone must sign for it, or
  • you can pay an additional fee and request a signature on delivery; this way, they have to give it to someone
